This pathway allows you to study the Certificate IV in Patisserie (1 Year) and the Diploma of Hospitality Management (1 Year) and the Bachelor of Business specialising in Hospitality and Hotel Management (2 Years). If you’ve always been fascinated by the world of patisserie and love creating a multitude of different kinds of delicate pastries, then the Certificate IV in Patisserie is for you. The Diploma of Hospitality Management gives you the advanced skills and knowledge you need to succeed in a supervisory or management role in the hospitality industry. The HE20614 Bachelor of Business specialising in Hospitality and Hotel Management has a pre-requisite of SIT50422 Diploma of Hospitality Management or SIT60322 Advanced Diploma of Hospitality. On completion of these pre-requisite course students gain direct entry in to year 2 of the bachelors degree.
