What will I learn?

The Certificate III in Bricklaying/Blocklaying provides students with necessary skills, knowledge and experience to work on a building site in the areas of bricklaying and blocklaying.

Students will learn how to lay and bond bricks and similar building blocks for domestic, commercial and public buildings and how to construct arches, columns, steps, stairs, feature walls, curved walls and ornamental panels. Alongside these skills you will learn how to use different bonds. You will gain valuable knowledge to be able to interpret plans and apply work health and safety to ensure you meet safety standard requirements at all times.
