What to expect

The Diploma in Information Technology (IT) is equivalent to the first year QUT’s Bachelor of Information Technology (IN01) and Bachelor of Games and Interactive Environments (IN05). On completion of the Diploma with the required results, you are guaranteed a place in the second year of your chosen degree program. This premium pathway provides an introduction to building and applying innovative IT solutions across diverse industries, and provides additional academic and language support, preparing you for successful study in the Faculty of Science.
