The program provides comprehensive knowledge of laboratory medicine through the study of clinical biochemistry, haematology, blood transfusion serology, histopathology, diagnostic cytology, medical microbiology, medical biotechnology and immunology. Students develop the scientific knowledge and practical laboratory skills required to examine and analyse body fluids and tissues, supporting the diagnosis, treatment and monitoring of diseases in healthcare and research settings.
