Further your career in massage with this advanced-level course. According to the Australian Government's Job Outlook service, the number of people working as massage therapists has experienced strong growth and is expected to continue to grow over the coming years. There are likely to be around 15,000 job openings for qualified massage therapists over the next five years.
You will get the advanced skills to adapt remedial massage treatments to meet the unique needs of your clients, implement injury prevention strategies, conduct reflexology for relaxation, and educate clients on strength and conditioning techniques. Our highly-experienced teachers are still deeply embedded in the industry and will give you the one-on-one guidance necessary to improve your technique.
Successful completion of this course will qualify you to work as a remedial massage therapist as well as giving you the skills to pursue other specialised therapies, such as reflexology.

Academic Requirements: Completion of Year 12 (or equivalent). Non school-leavers must have relevant work experience or qualification that indicates likely success of course completion.
Furthermore, it is recommended that you have a level of physical fitness that would enable you to stand and perform massage for an extended period of time
Students should be a minimum of 18 years of age. Student visa applicants under the age of 18 will be accepted where they demonstrate that they will be accompanied by a parent, legal custodian or a suitable relative who is aged 21 or over. This arrangement requires the approval of the Department of Home Affairs.
Academic IELTS 5.5 (no individual band less than 5.0) or ISLPR 2+ on all skills or other; TOEFL: PBT score of 506; iBT score of 46 with 4 in Reading /Learning and 14 in writing /speaking; PTE Academic (Pearson Test of English) overall score of 42 with Reading /Learning /writing /speaking score of 42; Cambridge English: Advanced (CAE) score of 162.
