If you’ve already passed an undergraduate degree, but have a driving passion to understand human behaviour at a deeper level, this is the course for you. Our Graduate Diploma of Psychological Science gives you deep insight into why we think and act the way we do.

You will build a strong foundation in critical and analytical thinking and develop your skills to successfully design, construct and evaluate research, allowing you to uncover the nuances of human behaviour through the scientific discipline of psychology.

Entry requirements

For international students

Meet the following criteria:

  • Completion of a Bachelor Degree or higher in any discipline, and
  • Completion of an Australian Psychology Accreditation Council accredited first year Psychology sequence within the last ten years. These units are available for completion at ACAP.

International student IELTS requirement: Academic IELTS minimum overall band of 6.5 with no individual band below 6.0 completed in the last two years (or equivalent).

Overseas qualifications must be deemed by the Qualifications Recognition Policy Unit to be equivalent to Australian qualifications in order to be considered by ACAP.
