What will I learn?

The Graduate Diploma of Valuation and Property Development is designed to prepare students with a strong knowledge base and technical skills for careers within property related industries and professions. The application of the knowledge and skills developed in the program will allow graduates to demonstrate autonomy, expert judgement, adaptability and responsibility as a practitioner across a range of career paths in property related fields such as investment, finance, property management and property research. The attributes gained from the Graduate Diploma of Valuation and Property Development will allow you to work in the property sector in Australia and around the world.The curriculum includes your choice of advanced valuation and development topics including property finance and investment, real estate property rights and planning and assessment processes, as well as the full spectrum of property, commercial and statutory valuation scenarios. You’ll examine the complex dynamics of the property market and the latest technologies used by the industry’s leading operators all underpinned by the key economic, societal, and environmental principles of sustainable development. Our teaching combines a deep understanding of theoretical knowledge with its practical application, often presented by guest speakers who provide that vital link to the real-world job site.
