What will I learn?

This double masters program is designed to equip students with core knowledge and skills in accounting and finance that are essential for financial decision making in business. Students undertake a combination of courses from both disciplines in each semester of study so that competencies in accounting and finance are developed concurrently. Entry requirements

For international students

Applicants must present either:

a Bachelor degree or international equivalent in a cognate discipline with a minimum GPA of 5.0/7.0; or

a Graduate Certificate or international equivalent in a cognate discipline with a minimum GPA of 4.0/7.0; or

a Graduate Diploma or international equivalent in a cognate discipline with a minimum GPA of 4.0/7.0.

The admission requirements for the single Master of Applied Accounting and single Master of Financial Management program are the same as above.

The minimum academic requirement for full entry and enrolment is a Bachelor degree or international equivalent with a minimum GPA of 5.0/7.0.

However, applicants will first be ranked on a GPA ('GPA1') that is calculated using all but the last semester (or equivalent) of the Bachelor degree used for admission purposes.

If required, ranking may further be confirmed on the basis of:

  • a GPA ('GPA2') calculated on the penultimate and antepenultimate semesters (or equivalent) of the Bachelor degree used for admission purposes; and/or

English Language Requirements
