The Master of Leadership and Management (Policing and Security) from Charles Sturt University develops your knowledge and high-level professional practice by analysing the challenges of contemporary executive leadership and equipping you with the skills to meet them.This course offers three pathways to suit your unique requirements: a focus on executive leadership and international policing, development of a dedicated research paper, or the design and development of a work-based project.This course has a limited number of Commonwealth supported places (CSP) available. If you secure a CSP your fees are lower than a full fee-paying place. It also means you can apply for a HECS-HELP loan to pay for your studies and defer repayment until you earn above a certain amount. This course is part of an articulated program of study. Articulated programs allow you to build on your study to achieve the right level of qualification for you.

Entry requirements
For international students
Applicants for admission to the Master of Leadership and Management (Policing and Security) degree: hold an undergraduate degree in a related area, or have qualified for an equivalent award
OR
have completed the requirements of the Graduate Diploma in Leadership and Management (Policing and Security) or subjects deemed equivalent by the Course Director. Applicants for admission to the Executive Masters in International Police Leadership: hold an undergraduate degree in a related area, or have qualified for an equivalent award
OR
have completed the requirements of the Canadian Police College Executive Development Program, or equivalent program as approved by the Course Director. Additionally, a number of police jurisdictions have credit arrangements with the Australian Graduate School of Policing and Security, and prospective applicants should discuss these with the Course Director.
