Entry requirements

For international students

160 Credit Point Pathway Applicants must have successfully completed an undergraduate degree, or higher, in: a business or Australian Property Institute (API)-recognised cognate discipline, for example: property, town planning, construction, architecture or quantity surveying; Or any discipline and a minimum of two years full-time equivalent managerial/professional work experience in roles property valuation, property management, property investment and analysis, property development, property fund management or associated roles; Or Students who have completed the Graduate Certificate in Property Investment at Western Sydney University should take the 120 credit point pathway. 80 Credit Point Pathway:Applicants must have successfully completed:a graduate diploma, or higher, in a property related discipline; Or (NO UG or GC); Oran undergraduate degree in a property related discipline (such as property, town planning, construction, architecture, quantity surveying or related); AND with a GPA of 5.0 or WAM (Weighted Average Mark) of 65+ (if provided on the academic record); Or an undergraduate degree, or higher, in a business or Australian Property Institute (API)-recognised cognate discipline, for example town planning, construction, architecture, quantity surveying or related) AND a minimum of two years full-time equivalent managerial/professional work experience in roles property valuation, property management, property investment and analysis, property development, property fund management or associated roles.
