What will I learn?

With the Acting for Media two-year diploma program, you'll learn everything you need to succeed as a screen actor. We'll train you to be a professional actor or voice-over artist, whether you want to work in film, TV, online, games, or interactive mediums. This program has expectations of professionalism, group work, intimacy between actors, whispering, consensual touching, combat training, expressions of physicality, deep exploration of self, personal psychological examination, conflict, and successful failure. This program is meant to train a student to be a professional actor, which includes all of these aspects listed here.The Acting for Media two-year diploma program is your gateway to mastering the art of screen acting. Our comprehensive curriculum covers a range of skills, including acting technique, movement, voice, and script analysis. You'll learn to embody characters convincingly, refine your on-camera presence, and navigate the etiquette and standards of auditioning.As a graduate, you won't just be a skilled actor-you'll possess a deep understanding of the industry's historical context, structure, hierarchy, and professional standards. Through workshop simulations, on-camera exercises, voice-over demonstrations, green-screen training, and motion-capture training, you'll have all the essential skills you need to succeed in the field.But we don't stop there––as the film landscape evolves, so does our program. You'll explore emerging technologies like phonography and immersive environments, enhancing your readiness for the future of screen acting.
