What will I learn?

It all begins with people. You hire them. You train them. You inspire them. That’s what human resources is all about. By specializing in Human Resources Management with an honours or concentration, you will learn how to attract, motivate, and retain the right people for your organization. You’ll also learn how to establish workplace ethics, codes of conduct, training programs, employee handbooks, and reward programs and how to consult with top executives about policy and planning. UNB’s BBA with honours in Human Resources Management is formally recognized by the Society for Human Resource Management. You’ll learn from top-notch instructors recognized nationally and internationally for teaching and research. Small class sizes lead to greater interaction between you, your instructors, and your peers.
