What will I learn?

The Criminology Diploma is a fully accredited, 2-year program that prepares graduates for positions in policing, border patrol (CBSA), probation, corrections, community residential facilities, and allied agencies. Learners study the nature, extent, causes and responses to crime, the major agencies of the criminal justice system, and participate in hands-on learning in our unique Criminal Justice Field School.

Apply directly to the University Studies Criminology Diploma English Studies 12 or English First Peoples 12 or equivalent Additional course prerequisites may be required if you plan to transfer to a laddering program after completing your credential (e.g. Simon Fraser University for a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology or British Columbia Institute of Technology for the Forensic Science Bachelor of Technology.) Course prerequisites may include Biology 11 Chemistry 11 Math 11
