About this course

What will I learn?

The department offers programs leading to the degrees of MSc and PhD in the following areas statistical inference robust statistics data mining bioinformatics data analysis multivariate analysis linear and nonlinear regression time series analysis statistical genetics environmental statistics and information theory. A comprehensive examination must be completed within one year of initial registration. Enrolment in at least two full credit classes participation in statistics seminars and preparation and defence of a research thesis is required.
