This certificate is designed to provide educators (K-12 teachers, post-secondary instructors and trainers) in BC and elsewhere, with a solid foundation in the technical and pedagogical expertise required to effectively use education technology in the classroom, in distributed learning environments and in online education.To qualify for an additional salary level in BC, you need 30 or more senior- or graduate-level credits. Entry requirements

For international students

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Students are expected to have taken Foundations of Math 12 or Pre-calculus 12 (or equivalent). Those who have not done so can still be admitted to the program, but they must complete equivalent courses as approved by a program advisor
