The Master in Management program (MM) helps you build both technical and human skills – setting you up to manage teams and projects in a variety of industries.
Designed for recent grads, this 12-16 month program will give you fundamental business knowledge and leadership skills through a set of core management courses and hone your technical skills through 1 of 4 concentrations.

Completion of a 4-year bachelors degree (or equivalent) from an institution recognized by UVic
