What will I learn?

Their Master of Education in Exceptional Learners is designed for educational professionals who intend to further advance their knowledge, understanding, and application of diverse learner needs and evidence-based inclusive practices. Students in the program will develop a critical lens of the programs and practices used to support and enrich the learning experiences of students with exceptionalities. Particular attention is given to educational approaches that emphasize collaboration, consultation, universal design methods, and applying strength-based perspectives in viewing learners.

Entry requirements

For international students

Applicants to the MEd Exceptional Learners are required to have: a Bachelor of Education degree or its equivalent a grade point average of at least 3.0 (B, or its equivalent) at least one year of teaching or related professional experience.
