Our new Master of Management (MMgt) program, offered at the Calgary campus, provides the perfect opportunity for recent graduates and early-career professionals with less than 5 years of post-degree work experience from a non-business degree to develop the knowledge, skills and abilities seen as important to succeed in supervisory, managerial and leadership roles. The MMgt focuses on practical, hands-on learning with real-world projects, equipping you with the skills needed to be effective in a modern management setting. You’ll develop competencies in leadership, strategic planning, problem-solving, communication, team management, entrepreneurialism and decision-making. You’ll also enhance your knowledge and skills in financial management, marketing strategies, human resource practices and business analytics, among others. At the end of your degree, you’ll be better positioned to pursue a managerial or leadership role in your chosen field.

Entry requirements
For international students
Applicants will meet the following minimum requirements to be considered for admission:
A baccalaureate degree (i.e., undergraduate degree) in a non-business-related discipline from a recognized degree-granting institution is required.
A minimum grade point average of 3.0 (based on a 4.0 scale) on the last 20 graded university-level term courses.
Applicants can be recent graduates with no full-timeworkexperience or those with up to five years of full-timeworkexperience since completing their undergraduate degree.
