What will I learn?

Today’s professional selling environment is dynamic, virtual and borderless. It continues to outpace growth in other professions and has been named one of the top five high-demand specializations over the past decade in Canada.Durham College’s (DC) Professional Selling and Business Development – Canadian Context Ontario college graduate certificate (OCGC) program is specifically designed to help prepare international students to work in the Canadian sales industry while gaining global perspectives into the selling process by learning real-world and industry-standard selling methods. Students in this program will apply their knowledge in a mandatory 14-week work term within a Canadian sales organization and be sales-ready by graduation to begin a promising future in professional selling.Graduates will be recognized for their achievements and receive their Professional Sales Certificate from the Canadian Professional Sales Association (CPSA) to support employment in Canada. Also, graduates are well-positioned to pursue additional CPSA designations, including Certified Sales Associate (CSA), Certified Sales Professional (CSP) and Certified Sales Leader (CSL). Graduates will also receive micro-credentials in Salesforce.com LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and SmartFox Technologies.
