We offer doctoral supervision in select areas of British, Canadian, American, Post-colonial, and Indigenous literatures. We encourage applicants to consult faculty profiles to confirm that we have an appropriate supervisor for your dissertation project. Our teaching apprenticeship program (ENGL 6999) affords students a unique opportunity to work closely with a faculty mentor on all aspects of pedagogy, developing skills in lecturing, classroom discussion, marking and course and assignment design while teaching a first year course.
