What will I learn?

If you love the Irish language and are interested in business, information technology and entrepreneurship, this is the basic course for you. There is no other degree in Ireland where such specific courses in business, management and information technology are taught through the medium of Irish. This program is linked to national and international employers who prioritize graduates with excellent business and IT skills and who are innovative leaders. You will have the opportunity to spend a year on the INTRA program and gain experience in the workplace, or go on to the final year. You will receive a broad academic and practical education adapted to the contemporary business world. Fiontar & Scoil na Gaeilge will provide you with an exciting, contemporary learning environment and you will develop your leadership potential. In addition to the University's normal entry requirements, you must have Grade O1 Ordinary Level or H4 Advanced Level in Irish.

Entry requirements

For international students

Minimum O1 or H4 in Irish. GCE A Level: Grade C, AS Level B, or GCSE Grade A in Irish. FET Level 5 applicants should refer to DCU Admissions and CAO QQI FET requirements. Mature entry is competitive and requires a statement of interest. Advanced Entry: Applicants with at least one year at NFQ Level 6, 7 or 8 may apply to a similar programme, subject to programme compatibility; applications close on 1 July. International applicants must have equivalent qualifications and meet DCUs English language requirements.
