The HRM function deals with recruiting and selecting employees, appraising their performance, deciding what rewards are appropriate, providing suitable training and development opportunities, and providing mechanisms for reducing and avoiding conflicts. Managing people is challenging and the course assists with building a work environment where employees are more motivated.
