The BSc in Organic Agriculture is designed for students who want to lead the future development of the Irish organic sector. The programme equips students with a specialized skillset focused on organic food production, providing training that can be directly applied across the broader agri-food industry.
Years 1 and 2 are geared specifically toward developing practical technical skills used in active farm businesses. Upon completing these foundational years, students meet the required standards to become eligible for the young farmer stamp duty exemption and land transfer schemes (Green Cert status).

Applicants exempt under SETUs English Language Policy do not need to upload an English language certificate.
Curriculum Vitae (CV): This is required for any applicants for Bachelor Degree programmes who completed high school more than 3 years prior to the application being submitted. CVs must include complete academic history and all work experience since finishing high school.

Qualifications Required:
IB Diploma with a minimum of 24 points overall
At least 12 points from Higher Level subjects
At least 9 points from Standard Level subjects
