What will I learn?

This programme is designed to prepare international students for postgraduate study in Ireland. The PMP will allow you to improve your English while learning the study skills and research methods that you will need during your Master's degree studies.

All students who successfully complete the PMP are guaranteed placement on a suitable programme of postgraduate study at one of our university partners provided they meet any additional university degree-specific requirements that may also apply. You will be informed of this at the application and enrolment stages.

The level of the PMP is at Irish NFQ Level 8, and the module specifications have been developed with this level benchmarking in mind. English provision is mapped to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). TU Dublin is the accrediting body for the programme and makes the awards.
