They’re adept at handling vast amounts of data and creating systems that make sense of data in real time so that a fully automated manufacturing facility can operate safely and efficiently, or a self-driving car can control the vehicle without human intervention. The applications of robotics and mechatronics engineering are virtually unlimited.
