What will I learn?

The DRET programme offers a well-rounded curriculum that combines technical knowledge with practical training. Students will explore key areas such as renewable energy systems, solar PV technologies, and electrical applications through hands-on laboratory work and structured industry exposure. The programme includes interactive learning sessions, supervised labs, and Final Year Project (FYP) focused on solving real industry challenges. Through Industrial Training and Work-Based Learning (WBL), students gain direct experience in professional environments-enhancing their technical competencies, building industry networks, and increasing their readiness for employment in the renewable energy sector. The programme consists of 90 credit hours of subjects, which can be completed in 2 ½ years

Certificate Level 3 (SKM, DKM) or equivalent in the same field or Pass SPM or equivalent with minimum credits (Grade C) in at least 3 subjects. Pass SPMV or equivalent with a minimum of 3 credits. First Page of Passport. Certified true copies of high school certificates, diploma certificates, and/or transcripts (to be translated into English by a certified translator if not originally in English).
