Delivered through a 2+2 pathway, the Master of Engineering in Aeronautics and Astronautics is an integrated undergraduate master’s degree that allows students to complete their first two years at the University of Southampton Malaysia before progressing to the University of Southampton UK for the final two years. Students follow the same curriculum and academic standards as those in the UK throughout the four-year programme. They develop a strong foundation in aerospace design, materials, structures, and dynamics before advancing to specialist areas such as aerodynamics and spacecraft engineering. Graduates are well prepared for careers in the aerospace, aviation, defence, and space industries. Students can also enter the programme after successfully completing the Foundation in Engineering at the University of Southampton Malaysia.
