You’ll be well-positioned to pursue new opportunities opened up by developments in society, technology and the music industry.As part of a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Employment Relations and Organisation Studies you can study areas such as: Organisational behaviour Employment relations Diversity at work Human resource management Business ethics Business and society You can take a major in Employment Relations and Organisation Studies as one of your two BA majors (a double major). You will need to pass at least 120 points (eight courses) towards each of your majors, including at least 45 points (three courses) at Stage III.
