As the shape of our societies evolve and both urban and rural landscapes develop, there will be a growing need for property valuation professionals. Lincoln’s Graduate Diploma in Valuation is a fast-track entry qualification that will nurture the skills and knowledge needed. If you intend to register as a Professional Valuer after your graduation, you’ll need pre-approval accreditation from the Valuers Registration Board before you start your study. We recommend you talk to us at least two months before you start study so we can initiate this process.

Entry requirements

For international students

Academic transcripts (results or mark sheets) for all tertiary education qualifications, either completed or partially completed. The transcript must include the courses taken and the marks or grades achieved. The grading scale used must also be provided.
