What will I learn?

The BA Business & Marketing programme will provide students with specialist skills and knowledge to excel as marketing professionals, giving them a competitive edge in the graduate employment market. UWS’s strong links with local and national organisations ensure that teaching and assessment focus on current marketing issues impacting businesses, equipping students with hands-on experience in applying critical thinking to solve workplace challenges. Refreshed to meet the demands of today’s rapidly evolving global economy, this programme is accredited by the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) and offers a pathway toward CIM qualification in due course.

Entry requirements

For international students

Applicants should have one of the following qualifications: SQA Advanced Highers with CCC (120 UCAS Tariff points) in a relevant subject; A-Levels with BBB (120 UCAS Tariff points); a full T Level with Grade M (120 UCAS Tariff points); an International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma with 28 points; a BTEC Extended Diploma with DDM in a relevant business subject; or an HNC in areas such as Marketing, Advertising & PR, Branding, Fashion Business, Digital Business, Business, Fashion Marketing, or Management. Additionally, a Dip HE Business from City of Glasgow College is also accepted.
