What will I learn?

The business conversion for people who think creatively. The creative industries need people who can think strategically, lead with confidence, and understand what makes a successful business. This one-year top-up turns your foundations into a full honours degree that will open business doors into the creative world. At UCA, you won't study business in the usual way. You'll be on a specialist creative campus alongside fashion designers, photographers, and artists – who will influence and inspire the way you approach business. You’ll train in marketing, organisational behaviour, finance, operations, and strategy – but through a creative lens, under creative tutors. You’ll develop advanced research skills, strategic insight into industry futures, and a substantial end-of-year project that could be a startup plan, a brand strategy, a campaign, a creative venture, or a piece of applied research. Whatever direction you choose, you'll graduate with the critical thinking, commercial confidence, and professional identity to back it up.
