What will I learn?

An MBA is a crucial milestone for senior managers and aspiring directors, combining essential skills, knowledge and attributes needed to lead effectively and deliver results. Our Executive Master of Business of Administration (MBA) full-time course provides you with the confidence, knowledge and skills to begin your next step towards securing a more senior or strategic role, starting a business or becoming a consultant.

You will learn to:

  • See the bigger strategic picture
  • Cultivate your own practical approach to leadership
  • Undertake business consultancy and research projects
  • Consider the factors that influence practical decision making
  • Communicate powerful ideas through pitches, business cases and conversation
  • Master a range of tools, creative processes, problem solving techniques and sources.

This course asks you to reflect on your own knowledge and experience and use in-depth research and consultancy insights to examine what you can do, how you can deal with obstacles and what you can achieve. During this course, you will expand your perspective beyond individual organisational functions like HR, finance, strategy and marketing. You will explore the broader world and the opportunities it offers, gaining an understanding of the interconnected and dynamic nature of organisational life involving stakeholders, suppliers and communities.
