The unique teaching structure allows you to explore the classical texts and delve deeply into the world of Classics. Each year, two works are selected for study in both Greek and Latin. For each language, one text is prose and the other is verse, offering a well-rounded approach to both literary forms. The selection of authors changes annually, which ensures a fresh and engaging experience for students. This means you will study both canonical authors and non-canonical authors, gaining a broad perspective on ancient literature. In recent years, the Latin works studied have included texts by Petronius, Columella, Ovid, Claudian, and Statius.
