This course will benefit those who want to develop an entrepreneurial mindset and implement transformative solutions, be that within a start-up, an established family business, or even a major conglomerate. You will apply leading edge approaches to assess emerging opportunities in new markets, industries and geographies. It is a practical course, covering the new venturing process from generating new business ideas, understanding market trends, applying new technology, and designing the infrastructure, right through to launching the business.
