What will I learn?

An increasingly globalised economy has witnessed a significant increase in cross-border transactions. These transactions have introduced complex legal challenges for lawyers working in international business disputes. Our LLM in International Commercial Law explores large international business transactions and the legal, political, economic, and social factors combined with the skills that you need to know. You’ll examine how international business operates through trade, licensing of technology, and foreign direct investment. This course also offers the chance to specialise in areas such as dispute resolution, international trade, and intellectual property. You’ll develop advanced legal insight and a global perspective to support your career ambitions and strengthen your professional network. Studying an International Commercial Law Masters at BNU provides the chance to develop your problem-solving skills and enable you to exercise sound legal judgement in complex, uncertain new legal environments.
