What will I learn?

Your personal development as an artist is key to Masters training at Aberystwyth. At the School of Art, you will be encouraged to experiment technically and conceptually, test assumptions and push boundaries as you produce a significant body of work in preparation for two public exhibitions in our galleries Guest curators, visiting artists and alumni enrich our research environment and introduce you to a wide range of career possibilities by sharing their experience and expertise with you. Exhibition openings and visiting days provide volunteer opportunities and paid ambassador roles. School of Art gallery events also give you a chance to interact with the public and make professional contacts in the art world.

Entry requirements

For international students

2:1 Bachelors (Honours) degree in a relevant subject area, or equivalent, and submission of a satisfactory portfolio. Non-graduates will be considered individually based on relevant work experience.
