In this MSc, you will explore the human body’s structure and cover the analysis of human remains for legal purposes. Anatomy focuses on how organs and tissues connect, both at a whole-body and microscopic level, while forensic anthropology assists in identifying human remains in situations such as criminal cases, repatriation, mass disasters, and war crimes investigations. This course is hands-on and practical, allowing you to perform full-body dissection using Thiel-embalmed cadavers that retain real-life colour and flexibility, analyse skeletal remains to learn forensic identification, and produce forensic reports while gaining experience in presenting your findings.
