What will I learn?

Unlock the full potential of logistics and operations systems, driving improvements through data analysis and the use of cutting-edge digitalisation and AI technologies. Modern organisations are faced with a challenge: how can they produce and deliver products and services with optimal effectiveness and efficiency - economically, socially, and environmentally? And in a world of expanding demand across complex global networks, how do they ensure that’s sustainable? To meet these demands, organisations are seeking logistics and operations management professionals from a wide range of backgrounds. They are also embracing AI, digitalisation and data analytics to respond to these challenges through data-driven insights and technological innovation. Our Digital Operations and Logistics Management (MSc) programme embraces this interdisciplinary approach. Benefiting from both the academic and consultancy expertise of our faculty, you’ll explore a spectrum of critical topics - from sustainable transportation and low-carbon logistics to inventory management, warehousing, procurement, and materials handling. You’ll do this through the lens of digitalisation and analytics, engaging with emerging technologies and contemporary management techniques that are shaping the future of logistics and operations around the globe. After graduating, you’ll be ready for the next step in your career. You’ll bring clarity to complexity, identify root causes, implement effective solutions, and ensure end-to-end operational excellence, all while upholding ethical standards in logistics and operations.
