The Masters in Management programme is aimed at recent graduates (and those with up to two years of work experience) who want to deepen their understanding of management and fast-track their career. We offer you a solid foundation in core management subjects, plus a wide range of subject areas to delve deeper into your career interests. Your studies will conclude with one of three capstone options: an international study trip, a work placement, or an applied management project each designed to help you apply your skills in practice. The module Developing and Advancing Effective Leadership is exclusive to the MSc Management programme. Designed and taught by faculty in the Henley Centre for Leadership, this module is informed by current research into leadership practice and provides students with a practical approach to becoming leaders in the workplace and beyond. You will be assessed through a variety of teaching methods depending on your chosen postgraduate course, including: online materials group assignments case studies field visits presentations consultancy work examinations Most of the core modules are assessed through coursework, including group projects, individual reflective reports, presentations, and individual portfolios. A small number of modules include exams, with these typically contributing between 40 to 60% towards the overall module grade. In order to complete the programme, students are required to complete a capstone module in the summer period an international study strip, work placement or applied project.
