This is a course designed to help you turn your passion into your profession – and forge a serious career in sound. At UCA, you’ll build the technical skills, industry-awareness, and the creative confidence to pursue whichever direction you choose.You'll work in industry-standard recording studios with the same equipment you'd find in the industry, producing, mixing, engineering and designing sound across music, film, games and live performance. Your tutors are producers, engineers, and researchers – working practitioners who bring business thinking into every part of the course.Surrounded by actors, filmmakers, animators and game designers, your skills are needed by other students from day one. You’ll get plenty of practice as you collaborate across disciplines – the way the creative industries actually work – and graduate ready for a career that began the moment you stepped on campus.
