Whether you’re interested in becoming a fashion designer or just want to take a class and meet other creative people this is the program for you.Communicate and apply fashion industry processes as they pertain to the design, manufacturing, and marketing of apparel goods in a multicultural global work environment.Compare, analyze, and apply the critical thinking process when solving tasks as they apply to the designing, manufacturing, and marketing of apparel goods.Conduct oneself in a professional and respectful manner in relation to a diverse and multicultural global fashion work environment.Career OpportunitiesThe ADAM Program is designed to prepare students for entry-level employment in the apparel industry. The apparel industry is the second largest industry in the United States. The San Francisco, Oakland Bay Area is one of the largest apparel manufacturing and retailing centersin the nation. Leading California companies in the area that employ ADAM graduates include Levi Strauss & Co., Old Navy, The Gap, Gymboree, Byer, Banana Republic, and Uniqlo.
