What will I learn?

This program gives students the skills they need to effectively manage employees and perform a wide variety of business tasks in today’s ever-changing workplace. You’ll gain an understanding of the principles of effective human resources management. You’ll learn strategies for effective leadership, project management, communication, critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making. You’ll become familiar with business technologies and develop career skills that will prepare you for a variety of opportunities in business.

Entry requirements

For international students

All foreign credentials must be evaluated. Admission requires a general evaluation stating credential is equivalent to that of a U.S. high school or U.S. college or university. All evaluations must be completed by a member of the National Association of Credential Evaluation Services (NACES) or American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers (AACRAO). Please note: Some evaluation services require translation from a translation service. In order to have foreign college credit count towards the completion of a program at a college of the Alamo Colleges District, students must submit a course by course evaluation.
