This program will teach you how to assist with all aspects of computer systems, including setup, installing software and solving problems. You’ll learn about computer operating systems, computer networks, software, hardware, and tech support skills. You’ll develop the ability to help computer users with issues such as log-in difficulties, operating system and software malfunctions, network technologies, and even hardware issues. In addition to learning a variety of computer-based support tactics, you’ll develop strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, as well as proficiencies in communication, customer support and service. This program is available both in-person or fully online. In addition, you can earn certificates and an occupational skills award that will give you marketable skills to enter the workforce as you continue to pursue your degree.
