What will I learn?

Exceptional students enrolled in the Bachelor of Science in Homeland Security and Intelligence (BSHSI) degree program at DB College of Arts & Sciences have the opportunity to pursue the Master of Science in Human Security & Resilience (MSHSR) in a combined degree program format. Upon completing the BSHSI requirements, the Bachelor of Science degree in Homeland Security and Intelligence will be conferred, and students will be enrolled in the MSHSR degree. In any graduate course taken by an undergraduate student, a grade of ''B'' or better must be earned. These credits will count toward the B.S. and MSHSR degree requirements, provided the student maintains enrollment in the combined program and receives a "B" or better in the courses. Students will be dropped from the program if their GPA falls below 3.0. The BSHSI degree will be conferred upon completion of all bachelor's degree requirements the MSHSR degree will be conferred upon completion of all master's degree requirements.

Entry requirements

For international students

Students are required to disclose their full academic history and provide documentation from all attended institutions. Transcripts or GED scores must be delivered directly to us by the issuing institution.

All International undergraduate applicants who have any educational experience outside the United States may be required to provide an official evaluation in English including the cumulative grade-point average. High school students are required to have a document-by-document evaluation. Students with university credit are also required to have a course-by-course evaluation. Students who have not taken college courses or who have taken less than 30 hours of college coursework must submit an official high school transcript from all high schools attended.

Foreign credential evaluations are not needed for the following students: students who have attended an IB Program, students who have attended a high school with U.S. Regional Accreditation or students who have attended an American International School.

*There may be different IELTS requirements depending on your chosen course.
