Majoring in English prepares students to navigate our world of words. Our curriculum allows students to pursue their interests in literature, language, creative writing, technical and professional writing, and rhetoric. Our internship program offers students opportunities to gain professional experience while using the skills they learned and developed through their studies. The BA program explores written works dating from the roots of the English language to the present.
