As a Peace and Conflict Studies major, you will focus on understanding and developing solutions to social injustice and lack of equality The Bachelor's in Peace and Conflict Studies at UMass Lowell provides an in-depth understanding of conflict and strategies for peacebuilding, social justice and conflict resolution. Entry requirements

Essay - A personal essay of 250-650 words. Please write your full name on each essay page if submitting by mail.

Recommendation - A letter of recommendation from someone who is familiar with your abilities (a teacher, college counselor, coach, employer, etc.). If using the UMass Lowell web application, please feel free to download the recommendation form (pdf).
