In the Bachelor of Science program in communication, students explore these questions and many more as they come to understand how messages create, maintain and improve relationships, workplaces and communities. In this degree program, which provides a social science and data-analytic focus, students gain an understanding of quantitative research methods. They learn to write and speak effectively and to convey complex ideas simply, becoming prepared for employment in a variety of career fields and for graduate study.
