BS in Fashion Merchandising and Management

USA

What will I learn?

Unlock your potential in the fast-paced world of fashion. LIU's B.S. in Fashion Merchandising & Management prepares students to work where fashion business happens-on the sales floor, in the showroom, and behind the scenes. Students apply classroom concepts and current apparel technologies in direct collaborations with industry leaders. New York becomes an extension of the classroom, with exclusive visits to top showrooms, curated cultural explorations, and access to New York and Brooklyn Fashion Weeks. Annual international consulting trips to global fashion capitals deepen students’ understanding of sourcing, branding, and retail strategy. Located in Brooklyn, the program connects students directly to the industry through mentorship, on-campus recruitment, and sustained engagement with fashion professionals. Graduates leave with practical experience, technical fluency, and a strong professional network.
