What will I learn?

If you choose a career in professional nursing, you will find that every day will bring intellectual challenges and opportunities to impact health outcomes through caring and advocacy directly. You will work with individuals, families, groups, and whole communities to improve their level of health care. Completing a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is one requirement to take the NCLEX-RN and become a licensed Registered Nurse (RN). RNs with a BSN are in high demand. While pursuing a BSN, you may become involved in the National Student Nurses Association, where you can begin expressing yourself professionally through leadership and service opportunities.
