What will I learn?

The Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education Physics provides students with an opportunity to begin a rewarding career in secondary physics teaching. The College of Arts and Sciences Physics teaching program provides a comprehensive foundation in physics content and teaching when combined with the professional course sequence for certification through the College of Education. Additional courses in education and methods will help students understand how to bring the excitement of physics into the classroom. The much-in-demand secondary Physics certification (DE) in the State of Michigan enables you to teach physics in grades 6-12.
